Laminating involves connecting at least two layers of material. The materials are heated and run through a double-belt press, which creates bonding. In the lamination process we can also add an adhesive layer protected with silicone paper or film.
We laminate using acrylic adhesive (water- and solvent-based) and rubber adhesive (hot melt). The selection of the adhesive and the lamination method depends on the type of base material, functionality and specificity of the element, its application methods as well as conditions in which it will be used. We also use specialized adhesives with improved resistance to water, moisture, weather conditions and UV radiation.
We laminate using the thermal method or using adhesive layers.
We laminate the following materials:
- Polyethylene foams (PE)
- Polyurethane foams (PUR)
- EPDM rubber
- Felts
- Non-wovens
- Other materials
Key benefits:
- any material composition
- adhesive selection
- higher efficiency of the elements
- waste reduction
- full product documentation
